We serve importers, distributors, hotel procurement teams, and restaurant supply companies in the EU, US, and Middle East markets.

We operate exclusively on a B2B basis. All orders require a valid business registration. Retail consumers should contact an authorised Nadulite distributor or retail stockist in their region.

We have active export programmes serving the European Union, United States, Canada, GCC/Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Our documentation and packaging meet the compliance requirements for each region.

Yes. All our marble tableware products are finished with a food-safe sealant and are tested to comply with LFGB (European) and FDA (United States) food-contact material regulations. Compliance certificates are available upon request.

Natural marble is unique — variations in colour, veining, and finish are inherent characteristics of the stone, not defects. Product images are representative of the collection type.

For OEM or hospitality projects requiring consistent aesthetics across large quantities, we offer vein-match selection from the same quarry block run. Please discuss this with our sales team.

Each batch goes through strict QC checks covering:

• Dimensional accuracy (thickness, diameter, depth tolerance)
• Surface polish and finish uniformity
• Food-contact surface integrity and sealant coverage
• Visual inspection for cracks, chips, and structural defects

We can provide QC inspection reports and photo documentation for all shipments.

MOQ varies by product and order type:

• Standard stock items: typically 50–100 pieces per SKU
• Mixed orders: minimum 200 pieces total across SKUs
• Custom / OEM orders: minimum 300–500 pieces depending on complexity

We typically respond within 1 business day with a proforma quotation.

Lead times depend on product availability and order size:

• In-stock items: 7–14 days from payment confirmation
• Production orders: 25–40 days
• Custom / OEM: 45–60 days (includes design approval)

Add ocean freight transit time (20–45 days) for total delivery estimate.

Yes. We offer full OEM/ODM services including custom sizing, shape, edge profile, and finish. Please provide a drawing or reference image and your technical specifications — our product team will provide a feasibility assessment and quote.

Yes. We provide private label packaging, branded hang tags, and custom carton printing. Engraving or laser etching of logos onto marble products is also available for applicable items. Minimum quantities apply.

We support EXW, FOB, and CIF. FOB is our standard recommendation. See our Shipping & Logistics page for a full explanation of each term.

Please photograph all damage upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours. We will work with you to file a carrier claim and arrange replacement or credit. Claims reported beyond the 48-hour window may not be eligible.

We accept Wire Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), and Purchase Orders (P.O.) for approved accounts. See our Payment Terms page for details.

For production orders, we typically require a 30% deposit to confirm the order and commence production, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment. New customers may be required to pay in full in advance.
