Incoterms for B2B Transactions

EXW (Ex Works)
Goods are available at our factory. The buyer assumes all subsequent risks and transportation costs, including loading. Minimal seller responsibility â?buyer controls the entire logistics chain.
FOB (Free On Board) â?/h4>
We deliver and load goods onto the vessel at the nominated port. Risk transfers to buyer once on board. Clear handover point â?our recommendation for most B2B transactions.
CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight)
